Egyptian Palm Pollen

Palm pollen is the powder found inside the sheath that holds the male palm flowers. It looks like two boats joined at their tips and contains the pollen grains responsible for pollinating the female palm flowers. Both the sheath and the flowers have beneficial properties.

How to Use:

•     Mix about 50 grams of palm pollen with 1 kilogram of honey and take one tablespoon twice a day.
•     Alternatively, take one teaspoon mixed with a cup of milk and drink twice daily.

    Note: Palm pollen may increase allergic reactions in people sensitive to palm pollen. Please use with caution.
